The mission of the Entidade Regional de Turismo do Algarve (ERT Algarve – Algarve Regional Tourism Board) is to boost tourism in the Algarve and enhance the region’s appeal as a tourist destination through improvement and redevelopment. It works in cooperation with the public and private sectors to promote the Algarve for the benefit of the economy and quality of life in the region and the country as a whole.


To commemorate its 40th anniversary, the Algarve Regional Tourism Board asked us to make an institutional video illustrating the most significant moments in its history. By using archive material, it was possible to recreate the Algarve brand’s journey through time, depicting all the work and development over the past four decades.
